Is my video or audio uploaded?

No. Everything happens on your PC, fully offline. See the privacy policy.

What can I save the text as?

TXT, SRT and VTT. SRT and VTT are subtitle files you can load next to your video in most video players. Saving is never limited.

Which language does it understand?

The spoken language is detected automatically.

Can I add many files at once?

Yes. Drag and drop files onto the app and they are queued and transcribed one after another.

Why did it stop after 10 minutes?

The free version transcribes the first 10 minutes of each file. Pro transcribes files in full.

What does Pro cost?

Lifetime Unlock is a one-time payment ($14.99 in the US); a 7-Day Pass ($3.99) unlocks the same for 7 days. There is no subscription.

I bought Pro but the app still shows Free

Make sure the Microsoft Store is signed in with the account you bought with, then open the unlock page in the app and choose Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Microsoft account to any PC. If it still shows Free, email us with the date of purchase; never send card details.

The text has mistakes

Automatic transcription is not perfect, especially with noisy audio or several people talking at once. Check the result before you rely on it.
